Eating more broccoli, which has aromatase inhibitors, will help prevent the conversion of testosterone to estrogen.
Prevent Hair Loss Without Pain: Avoid prematurely thinning hair by eliminating trans fats and adding more omega-3 fats into your diet. Studies with laboratory animals directly connect hair loss with lack of omega-3 fats in their diet.
Keep Lean Muscle Intact: Reduce overall refined grain carbohydrate intake. As individuals age, the ability to metabolize refined carbs (pasta, cereal and pastries) is often compromised. So instead of utilizing the refined carbohydrates for energy, the body starts to cannibalize ones lean muscle as a source of fuel.
