Medcom provides a turnkey solution for the administration of Retiree Billing Services including all communication with the retiree and carriers to streamline the enrollment process, upon notification of an employee’s retirement.

Consolidated premium payments are returned to the plan sponsor on a monthly basis and carrier notifications and HIPAA certificates are provided when coverage is terminated, as directed by the client.”

Medcom offers a variety of retiree payment options including personal or cashier’s checks, money orders, credit cards, bank drafts and automated ACH’s. Payment coupons may be distributed for monthly, quarterly or end or rate payments and participant accounts may be customized according to the guidelines of the employer’s retiree plan. Open enrollment materials and other forms may also be distributed via web portal.
