As part of a continuing effort to streamline the administrative processes and increase client productivity, MRI Software has released the newest enhancement to their client-focused Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offering: MRI Security Manager. An online self-service tool for MRI SaaS Administrators, MRI Security Manager will allow SaaS Administrators to facilitate updates to their user base without the assistance of MRI Global Client Support.

The decision to empower MRI SaaS Administrators with additional user privileges and capabilities stems from MRI’s desire to improve the property management process for their customers as a whole. The MRI Security Manager equips users with additional time-saving functions that can be completed in real-time without the aid of MRI Global Client Support. Administrators will now be able to create and delete MRI SaaS users, restore deleted MRI SaaS users, reset passwords and unlock accounts, among other functions.
