Banner Group LLC today announced the extension of its pioneering strategy alignment service and creation of a new business unit focused on the strategy management needs of nonprofit, public and private organizations serving community interests in Pennsylvania.
Unlike traditional management consultants, Banner Group’s new Strategy Management team has the potential to effectively serve as an outsourced extension of the executive team of mid-sized organizations in the region. Henry Yaeger, Banner Group’s founder and Managing Principal, will add staff to develop the new service for Pennsylvania-based community interest organizations, while continuing to serve the firm’s private sector clients which include a Fortune 500 and a multi-billion dollar global infrastructure company.

About Henry Yaeger
Before starting Banner Group in 2012, Henry Yaeger headed The Hershey Company’s six-person corporate strategy department and oversaw the creation of corporate strategic plans that contributed to the doubling of the company’s stock price in less than five years. While at Hershey’s he showed a persistent interest in social and community issues and was an architect of the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility strategy, a topic he spoke about on a panel last year at Elizabethtown College that was moderated by Professor Muhammad Yunus, winner of the 2006 Nobel Peace Prize. His diverse career spans investment banking, nonprofit management, consumer products and venture capital-backed software companies. Henry received an MBA in Strategy and Finance from the Yale School of Management and holds a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University.
