Today, Ignify has proudly announced it has won the 2013 worldwide Microsoft Dynamics Partner of the Year Award for the third consecutive year. The Microsoft Partner of the Year Awards recognize Microsoft partners that have developed and delivered exceptional Microsoft-based solutions during the past year. Award winners, chosen from a global field of nominations, will be recognized at the 2013 Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference, Microsoft’s premier annual event for industry partners, July 7-11 in Houston, Texas.

Entries were collected from more than 100 countries; the award finalists and winners were selected from nominations based on their commitment to customers, their solutions’ market impact, and exemplary use of Microsoft technologies.

“Receiving a WPC Award for the third year in a row is an incredible honor,” said Sandeep Walia, Chief Executive Officer of Ignify. “With our focus on creating and developing cutting-edge solutions, Ignify has been able to reach new prospective markets and target different customer bases. By presenting a richly diverse offering of business solutions, our company demonstrates the uniquely powerful IT resources we have at our disposal, as well as our commitment to applying those resources toward continued innovation.”

With over 400 employees based in offices throughout the globe, Ignify has experienced significant expansion and support in the company’s ERP, CRM, and ecommerce product and service lines. A key factor in contributing to this development is the company’s dedication to diving deeply into a customer’s business processes and learning what is specifically needed from a software solution.

Microsoft noted Ignify’s work around not just its client commitment and exemplary use of Microsoft technologies but in also providing humanitarian assistance to organizations such as World Vision. “When a starving child needs water and food, time is often the most critical factor between life and death,” said Lori Harnick, general manager, Citizenship and Public Affairs, Microsoft. “Ignify has helped World Vision to deliver critical relief services to 250,000 people – many of them children - in calamity-stricken areas around the world faster than ever before. We applaud Ignify for the work they are doing with World Vision to make a real impact upon the lives of others.”

From the in-depth collaboration and communication that occurs with customers in many different industries, Ignify was also able to pinpoint key business needs that were not being fulfilled by other software solution companies. By identifying these crucial voids in the business software market, Ignify created and developed the Ignify Order Entry Solution, the CRM for Banks and Financial Institutions Solution, and the CRM for Insurance Solution.

Not only has Ignify made great strides in developing solutions that serve new markets, Ignify also works diligently to continue delivering excellent service to existing customers, and to providing them with the systems that best fulfill their business requirements.

“With the attention Ignify devotes toward ensuring that customers’ IT systems are operating at their best, our customers benefit from a tighter, more connected business management framework that significantly increases their operational success overall,” said Bhavesh Ashani, Vice President of Customer Satisfaction at Ignify.

To foster a working culture of innovation and customer excellence, Ignify also ensures that its employees are armed with all the tools essential for their success. One way the company facilitates this is through internal employee training sessions every other month. These all-day training sessions feature employees sharing IT knowledge and project experiences, with the opportunity for others to chime in with questions or related experiences as well. These meetings are an important way for co-workers to solve problems, work together on project issues, and gather helpful tips and techniques for software design and implementation.
