Social Media Marketing Coach discusses ways to help new business owners use different strategies to optimize their web design and SEO strategies.

On June 16, a spokesperson for Social Media Marketing Coach comments on an article offering helpful guidelines for business owners to improve their web design and SEO profitability.

A recent article from Online Marketing Greenwich posted the article on June 9, 2013 discusses web marketing and SEO tips.

The author suggests that businesses hand out free samples of their products. Another recommendation is that businesses consider the possibility of merging with another SEO and design company to help with brainstorming and hang up fliers throughout the community to attract potential customers.

“There are a handful of must-haves for a successful SEO campaign,” says Justin Maas, spokesperson for Social Media Marketing Coach. “You’ll need to get links to your site out on the web, for one. Content marketing is a great way to accomplish this; figure out what in-house graphical or textual assets your company already has that can be repurposed for different kinds of content. Blogs, articles, social media content, infographics, and e-books are all great ways to get your brand out there and generate links back to your site.”

The article also proposes your company create online directories and look for free ways of advertising to bring in clients. “Without customers, you cannot sell anything at your web marketing business,” says the author. “However, customers do not come if they do not know about your business.” The article emphasizes how important it is to get people to find out about your company. They recommend Internet and radio advertising to bring in new customers. “Whatever methods you use, never forget about your potential audience,” says Maas. “You want to insert yourself into relevant conversations that are always happening. That way, you’re not selling, you’re participating.”

Maas says it’s also important to consider your business’ ability to produce visual content. “Visuals are king in the online world today,” he says, “and they’re also fantastic for SEO. It doesn’t matter how engaging your content is – most users are window-shopping, and you need to generate something to capture their fickle attentions.”
