Adam G. Slote is a California administrative law attorney specializing in administrative law (professional licensing), litigation and business law. He has been a member of the California Bar since 1988. Adam opened his own practice in 1992 with the goal of utilizing technology to provide high-quality legal services efficiently and cost-effectively. He founded the firm of Slote & Links in 2009 with Robert “Bo” Links and Steve Boreman (who was then Of Counsel).

Robert D. "Bo" Links has been in general civil practice in San Francisco since 1974. His special areas of emphasis include labor and employment disputes, education law, construction matters, and general business counseling and private dispute resolution services as a mediator and arbitrator. He has extensive experience as a trial and appellate advocate and, in addition, as a respected arbitrator-mediator. He has prosecuted jury cases to verdict and well over 100 arbitration claims to hearing and final adjudication.

Bo serves on the American Arbitration Association panel of commercial arbitrators, and he regularly volunteers as a pre-arbitration settlement panelist for the San Francisco Superior Court. He is a Mediator, as well as an Early Neutral Evaluator, for the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.

Stephen M. Boreman joined the firm of Slote & Links in an “of counsel” capacity following his retirement as a Deputy Attorney General in 2008 where he worked in Health Quality Enforcement for ten years and served as Liaison to the Medical Board of California. His private practice focuses on administrative law (health care licensing) government relations and medical malpractice defense. In May 2013 Steve became a partner in Slote, Links, & Boreman, LLP.

A former Special Agent of the F.B.I., Steve has experience in state and federal regulation and legislative affairs. He is a nationally certified Trial Practice Instructor for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA) and serves as faculty to Professional Boundaries Inc. (PBI) in Medical Ethics, Boundaries, Prescribing Practices and Medical Record Keeping, accredited by U.C. Irvine School of Medicine.
