83% of consumers are now researching online before committing to a purchase.
Southington, Connecticut (PRWEB) June 18, 2013
Southington based web design and development company LionLeaf, LLC has completed work on a project to develop a dynamic new website for Gordon Corporation, a Connecticut based manufacturer of cellar doors.
A recent survey by Price Waterhouse Cooper showed that 83% of consumers are now researching online before committing to a purchase, which has resulted in many more businesses investing in a new website to provide a better level of engagement with customers. With this shift in consumer behaviour in mind, Gordon Corporation made a decision to move from a traditional brochure website to a more modern, dynamic site. The new web site makes it easy to find a local retailer as well as to determine the specific model of cellar door that a project will require.
Gordon Corporation, a builder of all-steel basement doors for over 50 years, selected fast growing CT web design company LionLeaf, LLC to deliver the project following a competitive bidding process that included a number of other agencies.
LionLeaf CEO, John Giaccotto said:
“The entire team at LionLeaf was excited by the prospect of working closely with Gordon Corporation. By building a close relationship with the client, we’ve been able to re-launch their website with a more modern design that better reflects their brand.
The new website has been well received by customers who are able to easily find retail locations and determine which model they need for their project.
