There’s a very familiar name at the summit of Conservatory Outlet’s Top Dog competition after last year’s winner Jim Oliver of James Oliver Conservatories, recorded a points tally of 10 points during May to swap places with previous leader Clive Brimmell.

It’s the first monthly win of 2013 for Jim after he attracted a sizeable quantity of combined conservatory, window and door sales.

His double figure score is only the second time the magic 10-point mark has been accomplished so far this year which has enabled him to open up a two-point gap over Clive as the competition really begins to hit its stride.

More significantly, there is now an eight-point deficit between first and third place but with seven further months of competition left there is still plenty of time for the other salesmen to prevent it from becoming a two-horse race.

Mention must also go to Mark Duggan of Clearview Home Improvements and Alan Manser of 5 Star Windows & Conservatories who each put in their best monthly performance; jointly recording the next best monthly score of six points.

It was however Alan’s 5 Star colleague, Peter Stone, who sold May’s largest order of a Loggia conservatory out of the four entries received by Conservatory Outlet in this category.
