Allen Paison, the Loyalty Research Center's President & CEO, will lead a discussion for Council of Manufacturing Associations members on "Partnering with Your Members to Strengthen Their Customer Relationships (and Yours.)" Joining Al will be Tom Dobbins, President, American Composites Manufacturers Association (ACMA); and Kevin McDonald, General Manager of PPG Industries Fiber Glass. Dobbins serves on the Board of Directors of the CMA and McDonald serves on the Executive Committee of the ACMA Board of Directors.
Both the American Composites Manufacturers Association and PPG - Fiber Glass have partnered with the Loyalty Research Center for their member or customer loyalty research initiatives. Dobbins and McDonald will share how they are using the research findings to drive improvement and strengthen their respective member and customer relationships; focusing specifically on the "intersect" between PPG - Fiber Glass customer loyalty research and the ACMA's member loyalty research.
