In his new role, he will focus on expanding the firm’s current solutions portfolio and guiding the company’s growth strategy.

Oscar is a seasoned business executive and innovator, having held various leadership positions in both public and private high-technology firms. He is a technology industry veteran with more than 27 years of leadership experience, spanning product development and marketing, executive sales, finance, and operations, with both large multi-nationals and in entrepreneurial leadership roles with several private high-technology companies.
Oscar recently served as the President & CEO of Extreme Networks, a public company focused on delivering data communications infrastructure solutions for Mobility and Cloud customers, and was recognized as one of the high-technology Top 25 Innovators of 2012, by Channel Research News. Prior to that, he served as the CEO of Movius Corporation, a private mobile messaging and social media applications company serving mobile operators, and served as Chief Marketing Officer for Alcatel-Lucent's Enterprise Business Group. Oscar also served as president for two divisions at Nortel Networks, and as president/COO of Arris Interactive, a pioneer and leader in communications solutions for global broadband operators. He is an experienced investor in the EV electric vehicle industry, and served on the board of industry advisors at ChargePoint, a leader in the EVSE infrastructure.

Oscar holds a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Central Florida, and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, as well as post-graduate certificates in strategic marketing and corporate governance from Harvard Business School and Stanford Law School. He serves on the Board of Industry Advisors for the College of Engineering at the University of Central Florida, and is a member of the board of the UCF Foundation.
