Keith is a former board of director’s member of both the Massachusetts Innovation & Technology Exchange (MITX) and The American Marketing Association (AMA). With over 15 years of industry experience, Keith’s core focus here at Verndale will be on experience design, including both the creative and user experience disciplines. Most recently, Keith was the SVP/Director of User Experience at Arnold Worldwide where he worked across various accounts including Dell, CVS, Ocean Spray and many others.
