Leading electronic discovery services provider SFL Data has added Kevin Nugent and Ted McMenamin to its expanding national sales team. Both will work directly with President of Sales Greg Mazares and CEO Christian Lawrence to cultivate new partnerships with litigious corporations and law firms in key U.S. venues. Specifically, Nugent, who joins the company as vice president, will be responsible for sales in Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia and other markets in the important Northeast corridor. McMenamin, as discovery consultant, will be responsible for sales in Southern California, including Los Angeles.

Nugent has more than 25 years of business experience in sales and operations for professional services and technology companies. Most recently, he was vice president of global legal solutions at Epiq Systems. He has also held positions with Encore Discovery Solutions, Capital Legal Solutions and IKON Office Solutions. Nugent earned a Bachelor of Science in public administration from Eastern Michigan University.
McMenamin has nearly 15 years of sales and management experience. Prior to joining SFL Data, he was director of global legal solutions at Epiq Systems. He has also held management positions with Apple and IKON Office Solutions. McMenamin earned a Bachelor of Arts in communications from the College of Wooster (Ohio).
