PAI was in the spotlight at WorldBlu Live 2013 when it captured two out of the ten major awards that were announced. The call center outsourcing firm was named the world’s most exemplary workplace provider in both the ideals of “Purpose & Leadership” as well as “Individual & Collective”. The ten award categories were each representative of one of WorldBlu’s 10 Principals of Organizational Democracy.
WordlBlu’s “Purpose & Vision” principal is the concept that a democratic organization is clear about why it exists (its purpose), where it is headed and what it hopes to achieve (its vision). These act as its true North, offering guidance and discipline to the organization's direction. PAI exemplifies these ideals through several internal programs such as the High Involvement Planning (HIP) process, which aims to get employees at all levels involved with having a stake in the organizational reaching its overall goals, and PAI University, an educational program dedicated to teaching employees new technical, leadership and life skills that they can apply both in and out of the workplace.
PAI's Chief Cultural Officer, Tripp Kerr, describes this accomplishment: “As a purpose driven organization, PAI is honored to be recognized by WorldBlu as the foremost leader in driving organizational purpose and vision. We have worked very hard to develop a vision that is impactful, meaningful and worthy of pursuit. We work cohesively as a unit each and every day towards converting our vision into reality.”
