Acclaimed Executive Chef K. David Clawson has created a website featuring favorite recipes from a career spanning over three decades in America's finest restaurants, hotels and resorts. For a low monthly subscription, food enthusiasts can enjoy the latest in food-related entertainment, culinary know-how along with a dash of intrigue.

Chef Clawson certainly has the resume to support this site filled with five star recipes from five star venues

Chef Clawson's career began in the tough French kitchens of Washington, DC and New York City, working with Executive Chef’s Roger Fessaquet at La Caravelle, Daniel Boulud at the Polo Restaurant in the Westbury Hotel and Patrick O’Connell at the Inn at Little Washington. He has led culinary teams in the elite kitchens of the Ritz Carlton, Nikko, Peabody and Le Meridien Hotels, Ojai Valley Inn & Spa in California and the Game Creek on Vail Mountain in Colorado.

After reviewing the new recipe site, noted food columnist Marian St. Claire remarked, “Chef Clawson certainly has the resume to support this site filled with five star recipes from five star venues!” Chef Clawson has begun his site with a sampling of his favorite dishes with plans to continually add new content by providing the history and stories behind the dishes, unique techniques, video tutorials and the personal availability to answer questions and offer advice on-line.

Access to his cookbook site is at http://www.chefclawsoncookbook.com, and the pay-to-view recipe site at http://www.chefclawsonfavorites.com for a minimal trial period price of $9.98, or joining for a three month period for only $19.98. Bon Appetit!
