I received a message saying Jack went to his M.D. and both his ears were clear for the first time. I asked the mom if she gave away her secret of chiropractic care for the dreaded baby ear infections?

As a well-known pediatric chiropractor in San Diego, Dr. Marc Gottlieb is often asked how to improve the health of his practice members’ children. One of the most frequent conditions he is asked to address is baby ear infections. Dr. Gottlieb is asked about this condition so often that he decided to post a blog to raise awareness of one aspect of this globally common occurrence with mothers.

Dr. Gottlieb’s latest blog post begins: “Baby ear infections are so common in my practice that I would like to share the latest example of a baby ear infection remedy that one mother discovered for this all-too-common condition.” Dr. Gottlieb goes on to share an amazing story of how one mother worked to clear a vertebral subluxation (spine misalignment) to help her child’s ear drain properly and remedy her baby’s chronic ear infections. “If there is an undiagnosed condition of a vertebral subluxation, the lymph system and muscles aren’t developing normally in the cervical spine (neck area) and fluid can continue to back up in the ear canal time after time,” said Dr. Gottlieb.

Studies have indicated that proper chiropractic treatment can be useful in other children’s conditions such as colic and acid reflux. “Research published in the Journal of Pediatric, Maternal & Family Health on May 9, 2009 documented the cases of 16 infants who were suffering with colic or acid reflux and got complete resolution of their symptoms with chiropractic care. In this study, seven of the infants were diagnosed by a medical physician with colic, while nine had been diagnosed with acid reflux prior to receiving chiropractic care. The infants in this study ranged in age from two weeks to eleven months.” Please visit San Diego chiropractor Dr. Marc Gottlieb for the latest information on children’s chiropractic care.
