In announcing a new Melbourne real estate seminar, property investment innovator Rick Otton says that a stimulated Melbourne market is creating new opportunities for the implementation of his real estate investment strategies.
Recent data released by the Victorian Valuer-General confirms the rise in average Melbourne house prices by 4.8 per cent, and units by 2 per cent, during the December 2012 quarter.
