I’m on a personal mission to change the way property is bought and sold in Australia. I want to help 10,000 Australians become property investors – that’s how much I love real estate.

In announcing a new Melbourne real estate seminar, property investment innovator Rick Otton says that a stimulated Melbourne market is creating new opportunities for the implementation of his real estate investment strategies.

Recent data released by the Victorian Valuer-General confirms the rise in average Melbourne house prices by 4.8 per cent, and units by 2 per cent, during the December 2012 quarter.

Mr Otton is holding a one-day ultimate real estate bootcamp in Melbourne on Saturday 29 June, where he will detail many of the strategies to be found in his popular real estate book, How To Buy A House For A Dollar”. Mr Otton noted that the 29 June Melbourne seminar is valued at $1,597, but will be available for free to the public.

“I’m on a personal mission to change the way property is bought and sold in Australia. I want to help 10,000 Australians become property investors – that’s how much I love real estate,” said Mr Otton.

“My seminars reveal a simple secret with a century-long history that makes real estate investing accessible to anyone. I focus on property investment strategies that work for anyone, even if you don’t have a lot of experience, or you don’t have a deposit or access to a mortgage. It’s about using very little of your own cash, and generating positive cash flow right from the start.”

“These are the strategies I used to get started in real estate investing in Australia, and to buy over 300 properties over the past two decades. I teach it because it works,” said Mr Otton.

The seminar also reveals how property investors can make the most of their existing investment properties. By illuminating the fundamental flaw with a negatively geared property, Mr Otton shows how to increase rental income by two or even three times, and a simple move to shift your property from negative to positive cashflow.
