According to an article published on Nasdaq on the 17th June 2013, an LED company has added a new feature to its LED bulbs which uses the latest technology to regulate and adjust bulb colour. Colour temperature is used to describe the light omitted from LED bulbs depending on the environment and is measured by Kelvin’s. The new dial allows the user to range from 5000K cool colours to 3000K warm colours by simply switching the dial attached to the LED light bulb. The feature maintains the desired level over long periods of time and stays cost effective. The new feature is of great interest to the LED experts at Simple Lighting Company as a spokesperson explained:

“As LED specialists we are dedicated to staying on top of the latest news and trends in LED bulbs. The bulbs are capable of adding a warm sun-like glow to a room as well as a cooler, darker shade with the flick of a switch, saving the consumer purchasing several different bulbs and in turn making them more eco-friendly. An adjustable colour bulb is an innovative and unique concept – something that we believe will be hugely successful with consumers looking for mood creating LEDs.”
