iBwave Releases Key Updates to Product Suite and Announces New Product

Release offers improved usability and Unity Share, an easy way for the ecosystem to collaborate

iBwave, the standard for in-building software and training, is thrilled to announce the improvement of its customer experience with the release of over fifty important updates to the iBwave product suite as well as the launch of iBwave Unity Share – an easy way to exchange files between peers of the in-building ecosystem. The release offers improvements in collaboration and usability, further automating the in-building design process.

iBwave Unity Share is a cloud-based management platform for everyone involved in an in-building project to easily and quickly share, store and manage in-building project files. With the new version of iBwave Mobile, users can now edit designs within the mobile app while on the field, eliminating the need to send modifications to the office in order for them to be incorporated into the design. These product changes open the iBwave product suite to the larger in-building community, easing collaboration between wireless operators, system integrators, managers, RF engineers, field technicians and others by allowing all in-building project files to be shared via the cloud or email.

iBwave Design, the company’s flagship software has received several upgrades, including an improved LTE modeling function and better wall manipulations, allowing users a smaller margin for error and faster design times. Amongst the updates to iBwave Unity, the company is introducing two new optional modules. The Workflow Management module helps users get a high level view of all project information, including the impact projects are having on each other in order to easily detect bottlenecks and ensure that projects stay on scope, on budget and on schedule. The API module allows the integration of data into users’ existing internal systems such as ERP, finance and asset management, alleviating the manual and repetitive tasks of updating information in several platforms.

These improvements simply add to the already impressive 35% time savings that iBwave users have reported since using the product suite.
