“The ability to add and modify (collections and maps) gives us room for growth and to continue to add to the capabilities of the system. We can add new audits or intake forms as needed and build our systems for the future.” - Shawn Lauer-Ames

Input from manufacturing industry leaders, describing a need for a solution to mobilize and automate their inspection, audit and observation collection process, led to creation of a mobile system that brings increased efficiency and effectiveness to the collection, transfer, access and reporting of data, called inspectiTRAC™.
Companies have documented an 80% reduction in man-hours and an immeasurable increase in data accuracy through refining their traditional paper-based systems with the current version of inspectiTRAC™. Russell Associates’ culture of continuous innovation has lead to further development and enhancement of this innovative system which will be released on July 2.
Russell Associates’ inspectiTRAC™ 2.0 adds new features and enhancements that allow for expanded customization of mobile inspection, audit and observation data collection. The system has been developed to the standards of industry professionals and provides users with the ability to collect and securely store documentation, eliminate redundant work and control the flow of data; while remaining flexible for application to any industry need.
InspectiTRAC™ Administrator is an application used to create and modify inspections, audits and observations, import graphics and facility maps, placing inspection locations on those maps or other images. Administrator provides users with the tools to internally-modify the flexible system to fit any data collection need.
Professionals in multiple industries are excited about the results of their implementation of inspectiTRAC™ and the new features and enhancements that will be applied to inspectiTRAC™ 2.0 and Administrator on July 2.
“inspectiTRAC™ is a good working system and with us being able to go in and make some changes to that first set of questions that we had loaded on to the tablets we are able to keep our system fresh and keep moving forward using feedback that came straight off the floor,” said Tom Jeys, EHS Manager, Waterloo, Iowa.
“The ability to add and modify (data collections and facility maps) also gives us room for growth and to continue to add to the capabilities of the system. We can add new audits or intake forms as needed and build our systems for the future,” said Shawn Lauer-Ames, Quality Assurance Manager, Lakeville, Minn.
