"The sky is the limit with what AVA can do and say," said Patrick Bienvenu, COO. "The technology exists for even more complex interactive versions of the AVATAR."

AVA, the airport AVATAR created by airportONE.com (an Airus Media Company), is now fully interactive, bilingual, and even voice-activated. She talks, looks great, works 24 hours a day, doesn't need a break and does not require a background check. Even better, the new fully interactive third generation version of the virtual assistant interacts with users through touchscreen, voice, or button commands.

According to Patrick Bienvenu, Chief Operations Officer at airportONE.com and creator of AVA (the Advanced Virtual Assistant) "the sky is the limit with what AVA can do and say." Mr. Bienvenu says that the technology exists for even more complex interactive versions of the AVATAR, that can respond to passengers questions such as location of departure gates and departure times when specifically queried by an individual relative to flight information.

Mr. Bienvenu, also stated that the virtual assistant is a great tool for use in security screening and security line control. Positioning the virtual assistant at strategic locations in the security line could facilitate and quicken the the security screening process, by instructing passengers to remove belts, shoes, etc; prior to the point they actually arrive at the screening location, which will greatly expedite the security screening process.

Bienvenu also said that AVA was a real crowd stopper at the American Association of Airport Executives Conference saying “the virtual assistant draws such a crowd, and is such a crowd stopper, that her effectiveness as an advertising or customer service tool is indisputable.”

Airus Media, Inc. located in Tampa, FL, is the only firm to produce and manufacture the airport virtual assistant in house. Airus Media also makes AVATARs for use in numerous other venues, such as stadiums, convention centers , train stations, subways, shopping centers, retail sores, museums and trade shows many other applications.
