Stock Development Continues Strong New Home Sales In Southwest Florida: Prices Rising and Inventory Homes Program Being Expanded to Meet Demand

Stock Development's sales remain strong five months into the year. Higher end homes doing exceptionally well. The construction division is building 150 homes for its inventory homes program.

In May, Stock Development posted yet another month of strong sales numbers across all of its Southwest Florida communities.

According to Brian Stock, CEO of Stock Development, 54 new home contracts were signed in May worth just over $34 million. Stock’s sales revenue is up by 143 percent over the numbers in May of last year, while the number of contracts has increased 88.5 percent! Altogether in 2013, the company has registered 266 sales worth $164.64 million.

Stock said the company’s May sales pace was very nearly that of the peak winter sales months of February and March., which met their projections. He is very pleased with the strength of the Southwest Florida market and noted the company had positioned itself well to capitalize on that strength by dramatically expanding its inventory home program.

“We operate throughout Collier and Lee Counties in nine communities and offer a residential design for everyone. We have over 150 inventory homes, completed or nearing completion,” said Stock. “This includes flats, town homes, casitas, coach homes, twin villas, several series of single-family homes and custom-built estate homes. With more than 40 furnished models on display, homebuyers can tour professionally decorated single-family and multi-family homes in styles as diverse as 1,200 square foot flats to 4,000-plus square foot estate homes. No other Southwest Florida developer has as many models open and the talents of more than a dozen interior designers are on display in Stock’s models.

One of the area’s most respected builders, Stock was named on BUILDER 100 list of top builders nationwide.
