Amy Rucker Named President of the Big East Chapter of the International Customer Service Association (ICSA)

Amy Rucker, Director of Client Services for TMP Direct (http://www.tmpwdirect.com), has been appointed President of the New Jersey Big East Chapter of the International Customer Service Association (ICSA). In this role, she will be responsible for taking the lead in establishing the Board of Directors; recruiting members; and developing plans for holding ongoing educational, networking, and business meetings for the Chapter.

Founded in 1981, the ICSA is a non-profit professional association dedicated to the education, professional development, and recognition of customer service professionals. Through its network of Chapters across the US, Canada, and Latin America, as well as through its annual conference, the ICSA provides education and Certification to service professionals across the world.
