Local Business Telephone Company Refuses to Give NSA Access

Refresh Telecom, a business telephone company and telephone service provider based in Central Florida, announced today that they will not participate in any NSA or other entity request to divulge information from their clients, without either an express written consent of their clients, or a search warrant.

According to their web site, under no circumstances will Refresh Telecom ever knowingly divulge their customer contact information, call patterns, call records, invoicing, types of service, length of service, or any other information they have concerning any part of the service their customers entrust in them to anyone else, including government agencies, companies, or private individuals without either:

a. Their customer's express written consent, or
b. An official search warrant signed by a judge

Refresh Telecom founder, David Leavitt, says, “Americans have a choice. That choice is not only in their government representatives, but also in those companies who choose to take a stand for the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights. As the founder and CEO of Refresh Telecom, I choose protecting my customers’ constitutional rights and liberties.”
