Margo Myers Teams with LegacyONE Authors for New Book, ‘ExpertBook Marketing Made Simple’ Guides New Authors through Promotion Process

Former TV News Anchor Margo Myers, now a PR and Communications consultant, is teaming with LegacyONE Authors to launch a book for new authors to guide them through the process of marketing their books.

Former TV news anchor and now principal at Margo Myers Communications, Margo Myers is teaming with LegacyONE Authors’ Karen Lynn Maher to launch a marketing book aimed at new and potential authors. ExpertBook Marketing Made Simple, Publicizing and Promoting Your Book is a practical, how-to guide to help authors gain publicity for their books. It takes authors through the entire process, from determining their audience, to deciding how to publish their book, to using social media for book promotion, and more.

“I’ve worked with a number of authors the past several years, helping them with their PR campaigns and book promotions,” said Myers. “When Karen asked if I would write a guide for her clients, I immediately agreed, and this is the result.

LegacyONE Authors works with people whose goal is to write a book, sharing their expertise in various industries, as well as authors who write fiction, too.

“I have the long experience of helping people plan out the writing process, and getting them started on their book,” said Maher. “What I didn’t have is the marketing knowledge to help my clients in the next step, and this book provides them with simple steps to take them through a marketing plan for their books.”

ExpertBook Marketing Made Simple pulls together information from Myers’ marketing experience with authors, to Maher’s experience in publishing clients’ books. It’s especially helpful for new authors who have little or limited experience with the world of promotion and public relations, and want to get started selling their book.
