The study, conducted by Root and Kelton Research, uncovered what employees would like to see change from the companies they work for and the leaders who manage them. During the session, Gary will use the research findings to help HR leaders understand that barriers between people and strategy exist and what America’s workers would like more of from their leaders. Gary will provide guidance on how HR leaders can use that data to drive better employee engagement that yields meaningful business results and ensure that HR doesn’t just have “A” seat at the strategy table, but “The” seat.
