Private Detective Cardiff give infomation on anti-social behaviour orders and the penalty for breaching one in light of recent BBC News report dated 19 June 2013: ‘Naked rambler’ Stephen Gough jailed for flouting Asbo.

An Asbo is a court order and should be respected by the person it has been given to. If that person is unable to comply with the order then further action should be taken, even if it is a custodial sentence.

According to a recent BBC News report dated 19 June 2013: ‘Naked rambler’ Stephen Gough jailed for flouting Asbo, the 54 year old former Royal Marine denied breaching the Asbo he received at Southampton magistrates court (case number T20130057) by leaving court in only boots and socks. According to the BBC News report Gough believes it is his human right to be naked in public. Over the years since his notoriety in 2003 and 2005 when he walked naked from Land’s End to John O’Groats, has now received 28 convictions for being nude and has been sentenced to more than six years in prison for this belief.

Private Detective Cardiff is often approached by clients to look into anti-social behaviour. This is a horrible situation for someone to be in, especially if it is a close neighbour. A private detective can help to provide proof so a magistrate court can identify if an Asbo should be given to the offender. If the Asbo is breached then there is a high possibility that the offender will receive a custodial sentence, as with the case of Gough. If this is the case the client will be able to get their life back and gain peace of mind. Private detectives can also be used to carry out surveillance and investigations to ensure that an Asbo is not being breached.

Spokesperson from Private Detective Cardiff, Warren Adams said:
