Varick Media Management (VMM), a leader in cross-platform programmatic media buying, has hired Sandie Milberg as the company’s sales leader. An industry veteran, Sandie joins VMM from Underdog Media, where she served as the Vice President, East Sales for the media network.
As Senior Vice President, Platform Sales for VMM, Sandie will oversee the organization’s goal of helping small to mid-sized ad agencies and clients compete with the ‘big four’ holding companies. Under her leadership, VMM will expand the client base for its multi-screen programmatic buying and consultative solutions.

Sandie’s robust knowledge of the ad tech industry stems from stints at Rocket Fuel, where she led a sales team of 18 people; United Online, where she served as Vice President, East; and at Adcurate, Classmates, NetZero, and Juno, where she led the ad sales teams. She was also the Director, Sales, at Claria, where she was the recipient of numerous sales awards and named the company’s top salesperson.
“Most media platforms are looking towards programmatic buying as a way to increase yield. At VMM, I am excited to help the company bring brands and agencies the capability and expertise on how to buy the same audience cross platform in a real time,” said Milberg of her new position.
Sandie graduated with honors from Brown University and held the school’s record in javelin.
