The first session will be 10-minute presentation on Tuesday, June 25th at 4:15pm, held in the Cisco Solutions Theater Booth (booth # 758), and will discuss how the evolution of public computing is revolutionizing the way people use technology. From early non-interactive models through today’s social conditioning and distribution of consumer-facing endpoints, the move toward fully interactive information distribution and exchange is here today.
The second session will be a 50-minute case study presentation on Thursday, June 27th at 11:00am, held in room 104, and will discuss how delivering remote professional services into high-traffic public environments has presented a unique set of hardware challenges. ZIVELO will discuss specific challenges in delivering the Cisco Telepresence solution via kiosk into high traffic, high use, and high ambient noise environments. Participants can expect to attain a better understanding of the required and optimal components and design needed to effectively deploy and implement remote care, guided selling, and other applications.
