ATSI has been providing regulation, legislation, research and advancement in the telecommunications and call center industry since 1942, representing 400 agencies around the globe and over 350,000 customers in the United States alone. The ATSI Award of Excellence is an annually bestowed honor which requires a score of 80% or higher in categories including courtesy, accuracy, response time and overall service to clients.
Prior to winning the award, the answering services provided by Ambs Call Center were evaluated over a six month period by independent judges contracted by ATSI.
