The can't-miss presentation shares valuable insight into successful participation selection.
Ann Arbor, MI (PRWEB) June 26, 2013
TecEd, Inc., leading user research experience design company, announces that CEO Stephanie Rosenbaum will present at the 2013 User Experience Professional Associations (UXPA) Conference held in Washington DC in July 9 – 11, 2013.
Rosenbaum’s presentation entitled “Recruiting the Right Participants: Methods and Challenges” is set for Wednesday July 10, 2013 at 4:30PM.
During the informative presentation, Rosenbaum will draw on her decades of research expertise to share valuable insight into what makes successful participation selection difficult, and how to improve the process. Two case histories provide examples, one of website usability testing with consumers and the other describing field research within large corporations.
“Research results are only as good as the inputs, and finding the right research participants is a challenging activity that involves working closely with stakeholders and participant candidates “ notes Rosenbaum. “Recruiting the people down the hall means you’ll never know whether their behavior and perceptions are like your customers’ experience. Participants must have the characteristics of the target audiences of a product, whether they are current or potential users.”
The 2013 UXPA Conference is the annual gathering of the User Experience Professional’s Association. This year's conference explores collaborative relationships, techniques, and team-oriented practices that enrich the UX profession. 2013 is the first year that UXPA International is creating joint conferences through collaborative efforts with UXPA DC and UXPA China.
