“American Mokume Bolt Action Veterans Pen” is the first project licensed to use “American Mokume” which will benefit US Veterans.

Our Foundation was started specifically to fund programs that help our veterans. It means a lot to us that this project puts US Veterans to work while at the same time helping to fund other equally important programs.

M3 Composite Industries, LLC., (M3ci) and the VeteransAid Foundation have approved and licensed the first project that can use “American Mokume”, a Red Copper, White Aluminum and Blue Titanium M3 composite wood grained metal which can only be used on projects that benefit US Veterans.

The first project, “American Mokume Bolt Action Veterans Pen” is being funded in part on Kickstarter and is part of an overall program that includes the hiring and training of veterans to produce these fine writing instruments here in the USA.

“The US government spends billions of dollars every year to train some of the world’s best craftspeople and this program is designed to repurpose those talents into producing these magnificent heirloom quality hand held works of art,” says Robert Johnson, the project originator. Johnson also stated that “Kickstarter backers will receive the very first of these sure to be highly collectable writing instruments.”

The VeteransAid Foundation has agreed to use the “American Mokume Bolt Action Veterans Pen” as part of their national fund raising efforts. The pens first become available to the public in September of this year and 20% of all retail sales will be donated to the VeteransAid Foundation. “Our Foundation was started specifically to fund programs that help our veterans. It means a lot to us that this project puts US Veterans to work while at the same time helping to fund other equally important programs,” said Adrian Guglielmo, Marketing Director and founder of VeteransAid.
