Association executives will be given the tactics they need to initiate a successful exhibitor retention strategy at Frost Miller Group (FMG)’s presentation at the 2013 ASAE Annual Meeting & Exposition on August 5th.
“10 Tactics for Successful Exhibitor Retention,” is a hands-on session that details guidelines associations can use to implement or update existing exhibitor retention strategies based on the change in the economic landscape for trade shows. Attendees will learn best practices on resource allocation, goals, measurement, and evaluation by participating in group discussions that share new ideas and challenges while acquiring appropriate solutions.
“The industry has seen growth, which provides a sense of confidence and optimism, but exhibiting companies still have to pick and choose events to participate in. Therefore, it’s imperative to employ an exhibitor retention strategy. This provides the necessary information to create more value for exhibitors so they keep coming back to exhibit,” said Kevin Miller, president of FMG.
Miller will be joined by Barbara A. Myers, CAE, ISPE vice president of professional development; B.J. Enright, Tradeshow Logic president; and Lawson Hockman, IMN Solutions vice president of association services, to provide the best resources for successful retention strategy implementation in the interactive session on August 5, 2013, from 1:30-2:45 p.m.
