The Novo Knowledge Base, the first support offering from Novo Solution, celebrates 10 years!

In 2003 Novo Solutions Inc., a custom web developer in Virginia Beach created the Novo Knowledge Base to meet a client’s knowledge management needs. At the time there were very few companies offering affordable, web-based knowledge management solutions. Many were left to share knowledge via paper documents and location-based word processing programs. The Novo Knowledge Base, which works for internal (Intranet) and external (Extranet) knowledge sharing, quickly rose to popularity in the marketplace.

During these last 10 years, organizations throughout the US and around the world have purchased the Novo Knowledge Base. Companies like Anheuser Busch, Nestle, and governmental organizations such as the State of Tennessee are benefitting from the easy-to-use software.
