Fruit vinegar dates back to the 18th century when berries were preserved in vinegar. Today, Spivak is putting a modern twist on the classic with Mangé’s line of exquisite fresh fruit vinegars. The line launches at the Specialty Food Association’s 2013 Summer Fancy Food Show located in the Javits Center in New York City (June 30-July 2) and will be available for sampling at Booth 4826A.
