Mobile+Web DevCon is excited to announce it’s partnership with WIP’s Parallel Universe (PU) Meet-Up taking place in Boston at Ned Devine’s Irish Pub on July 16th at 6:00pm. All Mobile+Web DevCon attendees are invited to attend the meet-up, taking place after DevCon’s day of Pre-Conference Labs.
The PU meet-up will provide attendees with refreshments and networking, including presentations from industry leaders such as Caroline Lewko, CEO of WIP, Bear Douglas, Developer Advocate at Facebook, and Christian Birk, Founding CEO at Endomondo. This meet-up is ideal for developers learning to successfully navigate their app’s journey through distribution channels beyond the usual suspects of the AppStore and Google Play.
Bear Douglas will be sharing best practices for mobile app distribution via social channels and strategies that work to get users to share content as well as tips to help developer’s gain visibility for their app. Bear will also be presenting a pre-conference lab and keynote session at DevCon.
Christian Birk will be presenting on how he took his app to a global brand working from Copenhagen and NYC. The group will also debate the lessons that can be shared between consumer and enterprise apps.
