Nwenna Kai will be featured at the Raw Food for Smart, Busy People event at Enon Tabernacle Baptist Church on Monday July 8th from 5-10 pm. This first-of-its kind event will feature world-renowned living foods gourmet cuisine experts and educators of raw foods, Cherie Soria and Dan Ladermann of Living Light Culinary Institute, Loreta Vainius of Loreta's Living Foods, and Nwenna Kai of The LiveWell Movement. Nwenna Kai, an expert on raw food cleansing and detoxing will cover how and why cleansing and detoxing is an important part of one's overall health. Loreta Vainius will teach people how to grow their own sprouts and Cherie Soria and Dan Ladermann will show how busy people can eat a raw foods diet and live a raw foods lifestyle. Tomlin Campbell, head of the Raw Foods Ministry at Enon Tabernacle Baptist Church will be featured at the event as well. Attendees of the event will be educated on how to get started on the road to living a healthy balanced lifestyle with the incorporation of raw vegan foods. Experts will demonstrate recipes from their own published works. All featured recipes will be easy to prepare, delicious to eat and beneficial in maintaining and renewing bodily health. This Raw Food for Smart, Busy People event is expected to attract nearly 1700 people.
