AboutTime Technologies, the industry leader in mobile data collection software announced today the restructuring of key positions inside the company. The restructure was specifically implemented to make the customer experience better. With AboutTime Technologies’ unprecedented growth, new policies and procedures have been put in place to maintain the high level of customer satisfaction AboutTime clients have come to expect.

The changes we have made at About Time Technologies will provide an even higher quality of support to our existing customers. At the same time this will give us the ability to effectively provide services to a larger, more diverse group of new customers."

Nathan Olsen – Quality Assurance Manager. Nathan’s initial responsibilities at AboutTime Technologies included maintaining a high volume of client projects, responding to live technical support and acting as the primary responder for email inquiries from clients. Having been promoted to the position of Quality Assurance Manager, Nathan will work closely with both the support team and the software developers to coordinate and ensure the highest quality releases.

Bert Pace - Senior Project Manager. Bert is an experienced IT professional with a comprehensive business/technical skillset and expertise in implementation, and project management. Bert’s new roll will focus on managing customer implementations from beginning to completion.

Shane Steele - Software Support and Maintenance Manager. Over 15 years of experience in IT related fields has allowed Shane to quickly advance through the AboutTime ranks. Beginning in Technical Support, advancing to Quality Assurance and now fulfilling his role as the Software Support Manager, Shane’s knowledge of the AboutTime software solution along with his exceptional management and organizational skills will improve the already high standards of the AboutTime support and technical team.
