OEConnection Announces Appointment of Chief Technology Officer

OEConnection has announced the appointment of Katherine Golden to Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. As CTO, Golden will oversee all aspects of technology for OEConnection including product development, quality assurance, technology strategy and infrastructure.

OEConnection LLC, a leading technology provider for OEM distribution networks, has announced the appointment of Katherine Golden to Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. OEConnection web-based solutions help automakers, heavy-duty truck manufacturers and their franchised dealer networks increase OEM parts sales, drive greater operational efficiencies and enhance overall customer satisfaction. As CTO, Golden will oversee all aspects of technology for OEConnection, including product development, quality assurance, technology strategy and infrastructure.

Prior to joining OEConnection, Golden was Vice President of Engineering & Enterprise Architecture at Corbis, a Seattle-based visual media licensing company owned by Bill Gates and operating in 50 countries. While at Corbis, Golden launched several new global e-commerce products and had a track record for recruiting and retaining top tech talent. Prior to Corbis, Golden spent five years in Cleveland serving as Director of Applications and New Product Development at AGInteractive – a subsidiary of American Greetings.

Born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, Golden holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Windsor in Ontario. An avid public speaker on such topics as Web/Mobile Trends, Agile and Building Teams for Growth and Innovation, she is a member of the CIO Executive Council, a global community of IT leaders and executives.
