Ross has an extensive background in manufacturing ERP, medical device, and finance. He has managed successful implementations of strategic supply chain management and product lifecycle Software as a Solution (SAAS) models.

Ross’ experience includes positions at Infor Global Solutions, Smith & Nephew and IBM iSeries.
