Portsmouth, NH (PRWEB) June 25, 2013

ENH Power and Electricity Maine have announced their sponsorship of the 2013 Prescott Park Arts Festival.

Located on 3.5 acres in downtown Portsmouth, N.H., Prescott Park Arts Festival is a non-profit organization, and the Seacoast’s premier outdoor performing arts venue, offering a uniquely accessible experience of high quality live theater and music -- no fixed admissions fees.

Catherine Wejchert, the Development Director at Prescott Park Arts, says it is important for their organization to partner with companies who support the arts and non-profit community. "We are really excited to have ENH Power and Electricity Maine partner with us this year. Their commitment to the community through the ‘Power to Help’ Fund and providing volunteers for non-profits is exemplary. Season sponsorship is a key component of our being able to offer high caliber events for Seacoast area residents and visitors to enjoy, without tickets or fixed admission prices. It makes me happy to say that Prescott Park Arts Arts Festival is powered in part by ENH and Electricity Maine. And, there’s something symbolic about having states on both sides of the Piscataqua represented."

As part of the Provide Power family of companies, ENH Power and Electricity Maine's mission is to strengthen community by providing competitive electricity rates on the supply portion of their utility bills while partnering with, and providing resources to, non-profit organizations that create positive change in New Hampshire and Maine.

Through the Power to Help Fund the companies have contributed thousands of dollars to Maine and New Hampshire community organizations and employees have provided hundreds of volunteer hours.
