Cocoa Family Exhibiting Cocoa Ingredients at the IFT 2013

Cocoa Family, a cocoa grower and processor, will be exhibiting at IFT 2013 this July. The cocoa processor will showcase cocoa: butter, powder, liquor/paste and nibs at the show. The products are certified organic and kosher (Parve and Passover).

Cocoa Family offers ingredients to chocolate makers, food processors and distributors that are looking for great quality products with transparency. The Company has implemented vertical integration processing which enables them to provide the freshest, highest quality ingredients in the market at the best price. As a wholesale supplier, the Cocoa Family has consistently managed to provide the highest grade of beans and other cocoa products. The Cocoa Family works directly with processors in order to ensure that the requirements of their clients are accommodated down to the last specification.

The IFT Annual Meeting & Food Expo brings together professionals involved in both the science and the business of food — experts in R&D, product development, and QA/QC, as well as executive management, marketing, new business development, and more — from industry, academia, and government.

About Cocoa Family
Cocoa Family has been in the organic cocoa bean farming and growing business for decades, providing raw products for U.S., European and Middle Eastern Markets. Cocoa Family Farms produce both the Sanchez and the famous Hispaniola beans.

By early 2007 The Family decided to focus more on reaching customers directly instead of going exporters and distributors. The company opened offices in the United States in late 2008. This has allowed the company to concentrate on consistent quality, timely delivery of products and pass the savings to clients.

In the spring of 2008 the company made its final decision to shift the focus directly to the chocolate producer and the cocoa beans processor to avoid exporting to the middle man. This has allowed the company to concentrate on consistent quality, timely delivery of products and pass the savings to clients.
