Greenberg Traurig Named Winner in Four Categories During Third Annual ACG New York Champion's Awards.

The international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, was named a winner in four categories during the 3rd Annual ACG New York Champion’s Awards for its role in various high-profile deals. The awards recognize companies, professional service firms, individual dealmakers and transactions in the mergers & acquisitions industry in the New York area.

The Minority Sale of Martin Resource Management Corporation to a new Employee Stock Ownership Plan & Trust (ESOP) - M&A Deal of the Year (Over $200mm to $500mm)

Indianapolis Downs, LLC - Sale of Indiana Grand Casino and Indiana Downs Racetrack - Corporate/Strategic Acquisition of the Year (Over $250mm) and Consumer Services categories

Merger of Burger King and Justice Holdings Ltd. - Consumer and Retail Products Deal of the Year (Over $200mm)

Additionally, Greenberg Traurig deals were selected as finalists in the following categories: M&A Deal of the Year (Over $200mm to $500mm), Cross-border Deal of the Year (over $250mm), Turnaround Deal of the Year, Industrial Manufacturing/Distribution, Financial Services Deal of the Year, Energy Deal of the Year, Industrial Goods & Basic Resources and Consumer & Retail Products Deal of the Year.
