The agenda for the roundtable will begin with lunch on the first day, followed by a service manager workshop. Topics include how to increase customer pay labor by .2 to .5 hours per repair order while increasing Customer Service Index (CSI), recovering lost customers and more. The evening will end with a dinner hosted by EasyCare® and your EasyCare® Agent. Day two will include a full catered breakfast, followed by Jeff Cowan’s ProTalk® One Day Workshop.
