The jury did, in fact, see the huge injustice our client had to endure and attempted to help make that injustice a little easier to bear.

A woman injured in an auto accident on Hwy 190 in Belton, Texas received a trial verdict of more than $803,000, personal injury attorneys at The Carlson Law Firm announced (Cause No. 248933-C, 169th Judicial District).
According to a police report, the woman was traveling on the Hwy 190 service road in Bell County, when her vehicle was struck by another automobile, traveling in the same direction. Police said the other driver attempted to turn left from the right lane, colliding with The Carlson Law Firm’s client’s vehicle. As a result, their client experienced serious injuries.
“What is difficult in a case like this is the preconceived notions that some people associate with monetary awards for pain and suffering,” Carlson Law Firm Managing Partner, Craig Carlson said. “No amount of money can restore our client to the state she was in physically and emotionally, prior to this tragic accident. But many jurors have a difficult time considering just how horrific the pain and mental anguish can be for victims of these types of accidents.”
Although not all personal injury cases are taken to trial, The Carlson Law Firm firmly believes in helping their clients seek justice, making the courtroom a necessity in some situations.
“By taking this case to trial, I had hoped that our jury system would see justice prevail and a positive resolution for our client,” said Carlson Law Firm attorney Savannah Stroud. “The jury did, in fact, see the huge injustice our client had to endure and attempted to help make that injustice a little easier to bear.”
With years of personal injury experience and some of the best resources in the industry, the personal injury attorneys at The Carlson Law Firm are able to gather vital information, data and evidence related to client cases. But despite the evidence and information compiled, conveying the hardships experienced by injured auto accident clients is no easy feat.
“The challenge with this case was not the facts, but how extensive our client’s injuries were and how dramatically they have affected every aspect of her life. We had to work really hard to help a jury understand how our client’s injuries from this automobile collision completely devastated her entire life,” Stroud said.
