The article, UK Online Shoppers Put Loyalty Before Price; Report, published in Econsultancy, revealed that more than half (57%) of respondents said they prefer to shop from their favourite retailers, even if they do not offer the best price. This comes despite the high volume of online retailers and the various deals and discounts these offer. EPiServer Product Manager, David Bowen, claimed that “our research goes to show that the ease of online shopping has not killed brand loyalty and a positive customer experience is still more important than price.”
