Pasadena, CA (PRWEB) June 27, 2013
Every year, Pasadena Waldorf School welcomes a new teacher to lead a class of children through the first eight grades. In September, Justin Loeser will be joining the teaching faculty to begin this journey with the incoming first graders. The Waldorf class teacher guides the children during these important and impressionable years and is responsible for much of the curriculum, including writing, reading, and arithmetic. He also has a responsibility to each child for providing consistent authority and a nurturing and secure environment for the child to explore the world.
Mr. Loeser exhibits qualities that are strong indicators of a born teacher, which led to assignments as a classroom assistant for several grade levels during the preceding two years. While assisting in the classroom, he also participated in the Waldorf teacher education program at Rudolf Steiner College in Sacramento as well as The Waldorf Institute of Southern California.
Mr. Loeser brings to the position a passionate dedication and enthusiasm, coupled with a hardworking and intelligent approach. Additionally, his ability to relate to and engage students among all of the grade levels made him the clear choice for leading Pasadena Waldorf School’s Class of 2025.
Pasadena Waldorf School, founded in 1979, is one of over 1,000 Waldorf schools worldwide with over 90 years of experience offering inspired education. Pasadena Waldorf High School, which opened this year, joins 40 other Waldorf high schools now operating in North America. Waldorf education is the fastest growing independent school movement in the world.
