Receiving the Rising Star award is very prestigious and has a rigorous process of nomination and elimination. Rising Star nominations must be attorneys that are under 40 and have been practicing law for under a decade. Once nominated by a peer that has directly worked with the nominee, the nominee is evaluated based on a set of defined criteria. Less than 2.5% of all lawyers are ever awarded a Rising Star by Super Lawyers.
Denise Bradshaw works in the legal profession helping injured and disable people. Starting as a receptionist, Denise received her first introduction to the legal field when she was promoted to legal secretary in 1991. Continuing with her passion and education, Denise earned her Paralegal Certificate in 1992 from the University of Nevada in Reno. In 2007, Denise graduated from the University of Wyoming College of Law in the top 10% of her class and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. Denise received her license to practice law in 2007 by passing the Nevada Bar Exam. Denise is best known for her work with no-fault injured people.
Kidwell and Bradshaw work almost exclusively with injured workers in Nevada. They manage numerous work-related injuries, covering back injuries, brain injuries, car accidents, slip-and-fall injuries, and carpal tunnel syndrome and injuries.
