Another lawsuit was filed on April 21, by a man in Alabama Northern District Court (case no. 2:2013cv00747) alleging he suffered serious complications and injuries from his hip replacement. In the lawsuit the plaintiff claims he was implanted with the Rejuvenate hip device in 2010 and three years later he had to undergo revision surgery.
