indeni's newly revealed suite of features is focused on complex networking setups, bringing new insight to dynamic routing configurations and VPN issues. Powered by the company's game-changing Dynamic Knowledge approach, the new features provide Cisco and specifically Cisco routers users, with an additional layer of value and visibility currently unavailable in other tools.
"From the the fantastic reactions we've been getting from Cisco network administrators and engineers here at Cisco Live! we can see our new approach is really hitting the spot," says Elad Ben-Meir, VP Products and Strategy. “We've already identified several key items that can drastically cut down on performance issues and loss of service“.
indeni's latest Cisco-centered solutions tackle dynamic routing protocols such as BGP, EIGRP, and OSPF, specifically addressing issues including mismatched configuration and flapping routes or neighbors. DMVPN and VRF are additional domains in which indeni has identified potential fail-points, enabling indeni users to prevent service disruption.
Yarin Benado, indeni CTO, points out that one of indeni's key differences resides in its ability to deliver an additional layer of visibility that is not limited to a specific device, but rather covers the entire scope of the network. "We utilize existing protocols like NetFlow to correlate between our automated checks and the information they provide, and because we provide root cause analysis as part of an alert, users no longer have to make sense of graphs to get the information they need."
In another first, the company is also celebrating the launch of its new blog at http://blog.indeni.com/. Ben-Meir sees the blog as an ideal way of creating a community of like-minded souls, "who together will put the joy back into networking, offering a dynamic space for exchanging knowledge, opinions and ideas."
